You can download Game of the Year Edition from GOG as Witcher 3 GOTY Classic. Except for Next Gen Graphics and a handful of Netflix inspired quests there is minimal difference between them. Almost stable 30 FPS with Geralt galloping on horse and 30 FPS limiter on. Some cutscenes tend to have FPS dip to as low as 25 for a second at the start of them. Stutter happens only when the tutorial messages appear at start of game. See notes below. I can say that these settings make the game highly playable. **SETTINGS** Odin 2: Mode: High Performance Fan: Smart Gamehub Lite: Compatibility tab: In Command Line add "-dx11" without the quotes. This will run the game in DirectX 11 instead of DirectX 12 which has higher performance.
