By default this game will install and launch with High Detail Settings which as 720p resolution with my setup will give you 40-60FPS and no noticeable slowdowns, and plays perfectly in every way. Newer Turnip Drivers introduce a slight glitch where there is an egg that surrounds the hand if you are in first person doing spells with certain backgrounds. Use Turnip 25.1.0 or older for a glitchless experience. If you want 60+ FPS ranging all the way up to 120FPS and never lower than 60, just launch the game from the SkyrimLauncher.exe with the Low graphics setting chosen under the "options" tab, Launching once from the SkyrimLauncher.exe is all you need to change the detail and then you can launch from TESV.exe normally. Just make sure the resolution you chose in the launcher options matches the container/shortcut resolution. 800 x 450 with low detail is the highest FPS possible, often around 80-100FPS.
