This is the Winlator CMOD Ludashi by StevenMX version 3.1 and pretty much i used the default settings and I set ingame quality settings to High, ingame V-sync doesnt really improve performance but reduces the FPS you have but you can test and tinker with the settings on which ever works the best (Cracked latest version of the game as of the time I made this report)
